Thank you on two counts. Firstly, your rapid product shipping as my three XJ-2000's arrived in three days from the time of order placement. Secondly, your product is great! We love the sweet smell coming out of the fanless/noiseless units. Friends have already been told of our raving of these fabulous machines. Originally, I was going to order an Ionic Breeze, however, a friend informed me of the poor review from Consumer Reports, the report from PureAir.com and overall cost steered me clear. To think I have three purifiers versus only one of the overpriced Sharper Image products. My profession is that of a Respiratory Therapist, and after only 12 hours of use can tell a difference. My son is 9 years old and suffers from asthma attacks from time to time, usually triggered by over exertion and or other allergens like pollen or dust. Last Saturday while playing soccer, Billy became short of breath and his chest became very tight. It was hot and humid that day and the field had just been mowed the day before. After a few minutes of rest he was still unable to breathe comfortably so we returned home. It just so happened that my first "surround air" ionizer arrived by mail that morning and was sitting on the porch. I immediately unpacked the ionizer and plugged it in. What followed was quite amazing. Within 5 minutes Billy was breathing normally, this was quite unusual since this kind of asthma attack had previously required medication. That evening I placed the ionizer in Billy’s bedroom. Billy would generally cough through the night, but this night we didn’t hear a sound, the ionizer has remained in his room and Billy is able to sleep through the night in greater comfort. I am so pleased with the results I have ordered five additional ionizer for the rest of the house. Thank you for a great product.
I happened to come across a friend that had one more than he actually needed, and wanted to sell one. Even though I thought I had enough air purifiers, I still bought it from him because I always wanted to try the XJ-2100 since reading about it on the internet. Anyway, I use it mainly near my cat's litter box and it has completely eliminated the cat box smell that happens regardless of how often one tries to scoop it out to clean the box. None of the other ionizers could completely rid the cat litter box smell. I also had a toilet over flow twice due to a clogged pipes due to I live in a old house with old easy to clog pipes. Anyway, it made a real mess of the bathroom. Even after cleaning it up, it still had a smell that seemed to be coming from the hardwood flooring that got soaked. I put the XJ-2100 in the bathroom for a 1 to 2 hours with the door closed and it got rid of the odors completely. When it happened the second time a few weeks later, and I tried one of the more popular (the type that is advertised on Television) wired corona discharge ionic towers. Well I let it run over night and most of the next morning with the bathroom door closed, and yet it did not get rid of the smell. It was not even close to what the XJ-2100 achieved in a fraction of the time. The ionizing pins are indeed the best way to produce negative ions and trace ozone (to control odors). Like I have said I have tried many types of ionizers out there, and none has come close to the versatility of the XJ-2100 by Surround Air. I only wish I had found the XJ-2100 earlier, as I would have purchased more of the XJ-2100s instead of the other less effective ionizers. I would have got a better product, at a cheaper price per unit. But all is not lost because your units are priced so reasonable, I will be able to afford to replace my other less effective units with several more XJ-2100s in the near future. Also I really like the quiet fan on the XJ-2100 as it really does help spread the negative ions and trace ozone around the room helping the effectiveness of the unit without making any discernable noise pollution. What a great feature to have, as I can have the best of both worlds: 100% silence when I want it, or very quiet operation when I need the extra cleaning power with the fan. After many of weeks of use I have found that the fan is so quiet that I rarely use it without the fan even while sleeping with it running in my bedroom! Thanks again for offering such a superior product! I will be telling my friends about your products as so they will not waste their hard earned money on ionic towers that do not work as well plus takes up so much space in the rooms they are placed. For the cost of one Ionic tower that is constantly played on TV infomercials people can purchase an entire house full of your units to truly purify their air in every room. Lastly, if anyone would be bothered by trace ozone output levels, it would be me as I am asthmatic. I have been a severe asthmatic all 34 years of my life. I am not bothered one bit with the trace ozone output by your device. The ozone levels are so small I can only smell it if I place my face right up to the output vents. Otherwise, there is just a freshness to the air in the rest of the room. So much for the scare tactics that CR/CU magazine are using to discredit ionizers and boost their own subscriptions rates. Upon checking out the Surround Air Purifier, we were impressed at how it eliminated odors including diaper odor. We found that it did capture pollen, mold, fungus and dust mites in the air. What we really like is that it costs practically nothing to run and there are no additional costs for filters. I just wipe off the collection plates every 3-4 weeks, no need to change filters. It is virtually a silent operation in fact no one knew it was in the room. I use the air purifiers at my two operations

I rec'd my three Surround Air purifiers (2-XJ2100) yesterday. I immediately placed them and turned them on. After my usual before-bed spray of anti-histamine, I went to sleep. To my surprise, I awoke when the alarm sounded. This is something I have not been able to do for quite some time, because I usually wake up during the night about two or three times, unable to breathe through my nose. I then must re-spray the sniffer-stuff before I can go back to sleep. As you can imagine, this makes for a very restless night. Well after waking to the alarm instead of blocked sinuses, I have not had to use the sniffer yet this morning and I am breathing and 'smelling' quite normally ... I want to thank you for these almost instant results provided by your purifiers. I have been having breathing problems for a few years now (I'm 53 years old) and it seemed to be getting worse as each year passed. I was about at my ropes end, with all the allergy pills and sinus sprays, when a friend suggested that I try an air filter to see if that might help alleviate my breathing problems. After researching conditions,
functions and practicality, I decided the best machine for me
would be one that had little or no maintenance, had no
replacement filters to continually buy and would rid my
household air of as many pollutants as possible... oh yeah...

but because of the need to replace a UV bulb every 12 months, I
now own three of your units for less than the price of one of

At work, I run a very large printer which uses solvent-based inks. Even though the room is ventilated, the fumes are often enough to give me nasty headaches or, at times, feel nauseous. On a whim, I brought in one of the ionizers from home, and plugged it in next to the computer where I spend quite a bit of time, and where the fumes tend to collect. I am soooo happy to say that I can now work for hours at a stretch without having to suffer a headache! The fumes have completely disappeared from the area! Thank you so much for making

I have been an allergy sufferer since I was a small child. I moved to Missouri 6 years ago, and my allergies have been very miserable since I moved here. I have been taking the typical allergy medication (Claritin, Zyrtec, and Flonase) and I still have my bad allergy days. After some research I decided to buy the Surround Air Ionizers because the concept made sense. I did not see how two Ionic Breeze units could effectively cover my whole home. I also liked the fact that for half the price I could place a unit in the four most critical rooms of my house. I ordered 4 units to ship Next Day Air, and your customer service was very helpful tracking the units and ensuring that they shipped properly. They even called to give me tracking information after I enquired about my order! When I received the units, I was very surprised at the appearance of the units. They look sleek, modern, and blend in very well in each room. Even more important is the performance. After four full days of use, I saw significant improvements in my breathing and my allergy symptoms. I cough less while I am at home, and I no longer smell the cigarette odors from my neighbors below me. I also noticed less dust in my apartment! In a few weeks I will purchase a fifth unit for my office. Thank you for

We installed the unit on a Saturday morning and went for a drive for a couple of hours. When we returned, we immediately noticed that there were no odors upstairs where we had the problem. That night we moved the unit into our bedroom just to see what would happen. The next morning, I awoke for the first time I can ever remember with nasal passages clear enough to breath through my nose! That after only one night! We immediately purchased a second unit and I have told everyone I know to order a few. The price is incredible. My son purchased refurbished "Ionic Breeze" units for 3 times what the Surround Air units cost, and I can tell that the surround air does a better job. One of his units stopped working and I advised him to forget it and order a Surround Air unit or two. My asthma has improved a lot and I am not taking nearly as much sinus medication as I did before. Thank you so much for this product. It is the answer to a lot of discomfort. I think we have even gained a "lift of spirits" or sense of well being since we have installed the units. With the XJ3000, I put the ozone setting on low when I leave the house (to sanitize the HEPA filter), and when I return, there is just a slight hint of ozone in the air, which disappears quickly when change the (ozone) setting to "off." I have a litter box for
my cat in my living room, and the thick dust caused from
the litter being pushed around used to settle on everything in
the room - the tv, stereo equipment, recording equipment, desk,
computer, etc, and I always knew that wasn't good for the health
of these components. Now, all these items are dust-free,
thanks to the XJ3000, and I have to conclude that my lungs are
now free of this dust as well! I couldn't ask for more from an
air purifier, and I will buy another one soon for the bedroom.

After about 10 days I borrowed
a unit from my friend, who had an extra, to see if this would
help me. The improvement in my breathing was almost
instantaneous and truly remarkable. This is a great product
for folks like me, and I'm going to tell my pulmonary doctor
about this. I have even been able to cut down on medication.

After returning another well advertised air filter system that cost 3 times the amount of this one (Multi-Tech XJ3000C), I thought I was stupid to order another one, but due to the warranty and the free shipping of your product, I decided I had nothing to lose. Within just a few minutes after I plugged it in I knew one thing - I Loved the smell. It reminded me of the air in Cancun. Now I would test it. I smoked 2 cigarettes (that was not real easy), puffing on one and burning up the other one in the ashtray. I went outside for not even 5 minutes. When I walked in the room, not only did it not reek of cigarette smoke, but "that smell" was wonderful. I even told my sister that it reminded of the Calgon commercial of "takes me away". So I was hooked instantly and still am after 3 months. Every time I walk into the living room it is like taking a little break. Now I am feeling that this is sounding really "corny". Anyway I cleaned every item in the room that first day to test for the collection of nicotine. One month later I repeated the cleaning but stopped after a few minutes due to the fact that there was nothing there, not even the awful dust I normally have. What an unexpected and wonderful surprise. If this was not enough, I do not have the expense of having to buy expensive filters all the time and do all the cleaning the others require. I also like the safety feature of it cutting itself off when the lights blink or go out. My sister asked me if I was
getting a commission off of these units because I rave about it
so much, and a friend said I needed to be a representative for
the company. I guess I am repeating myself too much with my
bragging about how great it is. So here I am taking all this
time to try to write to you. My point? I Love this product. I
would have easily paid that other 400.00 for this unit. Now
don't get any ideas- :) Thank you so much for providing this

I 'd say it's too good to be true,
but because I work in one room all day, the addition of the Surround
Air is the only variable that has changed, and today stands
out as the singular day in months and months that I have experienced

We had done a lot of cleaning with soot sponges and a TSP (Trisodium Phosphate) substitute but everyone in the house agrees that we really did not get rid of the enduring smoke smell until we set up the ionizers in the kitchen for a couple of days. Now the ionizers are in the bedrooms of two of us who have dust allergies. I have lost my persistent allergy cough and Vanessa's has gotten a lot better. Obviously your product is a big hit here.

testimonials, but now I'm writing one. This
unit is great. My home had a musty smell
that I just couldn't get under control. It
was everywhere in the house as well as my
clothes. I'd been battling this problem for
years.
I was going to buy an Ionic Breeze,
but it was too expensive. I bought 2 of the
XJ-2000 instead and am I glad I did. I've
had them running for only one week and the
musty order is gone. Just a great product at

We would like to thank you for your courtesy and efficiency in confirming our Email order. We were pleasantly surprised to receive the three air purifiers in a matter of only a couple of days. They were well packed and arrived in very good condition. Best of all, the purifiers really do an exceptional job of clearing and refreshing the air in a number of different situations. Our home was built to be especially energy efficient, tightly insulated, so air can become rather stale in midwinter when windows cannot be opened. The purifiers make the air seem nearly as fresh as if a window had been open. We find that we sleep more soundly and breathe more freely at night when a unit is operating in the bedroom. The best test, we think, has been how well a unit has operated for our daughter who lives in an apartment that has been constantly and heavily polluted by the smoke seeping from a chain-smoking neighbor's apartment into her own. She had tried other air cleaners with only disappointing results. With only one Surround Air unit, the heavy smell of smoke has been cleared and she can once again breathe freely and healthily. Thank you for making an effective and affordable product that does not continually add to the expense by requiring many filter changes over the life of the machine. After having my little machine for 1 week, I thought you might be interested in my findings. On the up side, there has been a significant change in my allergies...for the better. I can breathe much better now and am not taking so much medicine (which never worked anyway). I also have noticed a decrease in dust accumulating on furniture. When we arrived home late yesterday afternoon from work, we noticed the cigarette smoke had disappeared. Apparently during the day, the little Surround Air went to work and did its job. Upon entering the house, the air had a very clean smell and no cigarette smell at all.Its a shame I didn't find out about Surround
Air prior to going to the doctors because I firmly believe that
would have eliminated my problems. I take my little Surround Air
with me at night from the living area to the bedroom, and I have never

Two other people went in with me on the purchase of 8. They bought 2 each on my recommendation. I've had one a long time ago from Sears. I think I paid $133 for it about 15 yrs ago. But it was a nightmare to service, and finally shot craps after a couple of years. These units are small, make no noise, and work perfectly for my purpose. I can smell the ozone, so I know they're working. I'm treating an 850 sq ft apartment with the 4 of them on "LOW", and they work beautifully. I have two upstairs, and two downstairs, and I have them mounted on top of bookshelves, about 6 ft off the floor. Thanks again for your responses,

I tried everything, I had automatic air
freshner, I keep the windows open during the day to get the fresh
air in, I even purchased the Trion Air cleaner, and nothing ever
worked until now. I can't believe that your product really
works! I would love to purchase another unit for my Living room, can
you honor the price I would pay if I had originally purchased (2)

I cannot believe they came with an adapter so that I can use them in my car. I just cleaned one and it took about 45 seconds which is incredible when compared to the hour or so it use to take me clean and completely dry the Ionic Breeze. The "Breeze" costed twice as much as the Surround Air system and conveniently stopped working shortly after the 1 year warranty expired. For the cost of one "Breeze" I was able to purchase 2 Surround Air systems each with a 3 year warranty. The Surround Air systems are reliable,
affordable, attractive, and remarkably easy to clean compared to
the "Breeze". I am VERY pleased with my Surround Air
systems and will continue to recommend them to my friends and
family.
I am taking it home with me for the holidays (can't be without it!) so maybe folks will want to pick up a unit for themselves. Results: When I lay down, my nose doesn't
automatically clog up. Thanks.
