90-Day Replacement Policy

If any part becomes faulty or impaired within the first 90 days after receiving your air purifier or other Surround Air product, due to manufacturer defect, then it will be replaced with a new unit.

What you must do:

  1. Contact us directly or go straight to the return authorization form on our website. Just fill it out and a return authorization number will be sent back to you within two business days, along with further instruction for return.

  2. Pack the product in its original carton, and in the same manner in which you received it, or as identical as possible.

  3. Include proof of purchase inside box.

  4. Label and ship the unit, freight prepaid (by customer), to the address provided. Return shipping will be paid by Surround Air if replacement is required within the first 30 days.
